Exercise 2: My Ikigai Map 🗺️
The Soul of Your Startup: My Ikigai Map 🗺️ -> head to the classroom to unlock! Greetings and a massive, warm welcome to all our newcomers! It’s been an incredible few days watching this "Gym" fill up with hungry builders from all over the world. The energy in the DMs and the feed has been growing, praise be to the almighty! Before we dive into today’s task, a quick house rule for the new joiners: Please ensure you have completed Exercise 1 before you start this one. We are building a high-performance venture here, and you can’t build the second floor until the foundation is set! The Task: Finding Your North Star 🧭 Today, we are getting tactile. We’re moving away from the screen and onto the paper. We are mapping your Ikigai—the intersection of your passion, your skill, the market's need, and your future revenue. How to do it- head to the classroom for detailed instructions on this: 1. Draw 4 Large Circles on a sheet of paper, a whiteboard, or use Post-its. 2. Fill them in manually (No AI yet!): 3. The AI Assist: Once your paper is messy and full, then use AI to critique your overlaps and find the "Sweet Spot." 📸 Share Your Map in the comments below! I want to see the "messy" work. The best startups aren't born in clean slide decks; they are born on napkins and whiteboards. Post a photo of your Ikigai map in the comments below! Tell us: - What was your biggest "aha!" moment while drawing this? - What is the one thing that sits right in the center of your four circles? Let's "spot" each other in the comments—if you see someone with a fascinating intersection, let them know! Ready? Grab a pen. Let's see your North Star. 🚀

@Muhammad Malik i had originally mapped it in Miro but wasn’t impressed with my visuals. It was looking more like a messy map!! So jumped onto Gemini - shared my messy map and notes and then asked nano banana on Gemini to create me the visual.
Short Video- what does Entrepreneurship and Deep sea fishing have in common?

This hit home - reminds me of my past failure. 🧐🥺 It’s so easy to become discouraged and want to head back to the 9-5 when things get tough. It’s like you expect failure - not believing in oneself.
Exercise 3: Victory Declaration 🏆
Exercise is now live! -> head to the classroom to unlock! "To find Product-Market Fit, you must first define it." Founding teams often struggle not because they lack a good idea, but because they haven't defined what "winning" actually looks like. If you don’t know your destination, every path looks like the right one—until you’re lost. Exercise 3: Victory Declaration is now live in the Classroom! This is your personal contract. It’s the tool that will: 1. Make every difficult decision easier (hiring, pricing, features). 2. Give you the confidence to pivot (don't get emotionally attached to a product; get attached to your victory). 3. Unify your team (misaligned goals are the #1 killer of startups). 🛠 How to do it: 1. Head to the Classroom and download the Victory Declaration PDF. 2. Execute your way: Print it out (double-sided), use a PDF editor/Canva, or simply replicate the steps on two sheets of paper. (You're an entrepreneur—work it out!). 3. Be Selfish: This isn't your "company vision." This is about you. Is it $0 student debt? 8 hours of sleep? Financial security? 10,000 people helped? Make it measurable. 📸 Share Your Victory Once you’ve signed your name and committed to your personal PMF, I want to see it. Post a screenshot or a photo of your Victory Declaration in the comments below. By sharing it here, you are making it real. You are telling this community: "Even if I have to kill my current idea, I am still going to be victorious." Go to the Classroom, define your win, and post it below! 👇

@Adishetu Oyibo Adishetu, your story hit home. As Muslims, we’ve either watched our ummah suffer from the sidelines or we’ve been in it ourselves. But defeated mentality isn’t in the Muslims DNA - you proved that at seven years old, and you’re still proving it now. What I think is great is - women solving women’s problems, and what was insightful- Muslim women are 1/8 of the world’s population and the most underserved. That’s not a niche - that’s a market crying out for solutions built by us, for us.

@Maira Ummah Hire thank you, sadly all Muslims in the West understand the barriers you talk about. InshaAllah your idea opens up opportunities for the Ummah.

@Idman H InshaAllah from you too!! JizakAllah Khair! I’m approaching 50 in 4 months, and this is genuinely the first time I’m learning alongside my peers rather than navigating solo. Looking forward to learning and growing together. May Allah swt make us all successful in our endeavours. Ameen! 🤲
