We’re moving away from the screen and onto the paper. We are mapping your Ikigai—the intersection of your passion, your skill, the market's need, and your future revenue. How to do it- head to the classroom for detailed instructions on this: 1. Draw 4 Large Circles on a sheet of paper, a whiteboard, or use Post-its. 2. Fill them in manually (No AI yet!): 3. It’s the tool that will: 1. Make every difficult decision easier (hiring, pricing, features). 2. Give you the confidence to pivot (don't get emotionally attached to a product; get attached to your victory). 3. Unify your team (misaligned goals are the #1 killer of startups). 🛠 How to do it: 1.
