u can bulk more but id say it depends why type of physique u wanna get like the athletic, aesthetic or the powerlifter! ;emme say go for the aesthetic! Tons of guides on yt!
I workout 4 days a week and I play football the other days. During workout I only hit specific muscles like: Biceps, Shoulder, Triceps, abbs, chest and Full leg. Is this this good for a 14 and 1/2 yr old?
