I love to introduce myself
Hey everyone, my name is Nayara. For the last 26 years I’ve been living off-grid with a herd of horses. For 14 years now I’ve been in Portugal, before that I was traveling through Spain with my horses. I’ve always followed my heart and what felt alive inside of me. Living deeply connected to nature, to animals, to plants — and also to the unseen. For me, beings like dragons, unicorns, and other dimensions have always been real. I’ve been living in connection with what we cannot see with our eyes. One of the big things in my life has also been the connection to the traditions of Lakota life. Seeing everything as one, seeing all beings as brothers and sisters, has opened a deep awareness in me. It expanded my perception of other dimensions and opened my channels much more. The sweat lodges I held over the past 15 years have given me a lot of wisdom in that way. Over all these years, I gathered a lot of wisdom — through life itself, through nature, through community, through building my own house with clay, working with the land, planting, creating, and also through different tools like ThetaHealing, EFT, shadow work, movement, voice and music. And one thing has carried me through all of it: The deep knowing that everything is possible if you truly believe in it. That has always been my path. And in a way, my mission. At the same time, like many of us, I knew the challenge around money, because when you live this way, you follow life more than structure. Two years ago, breathwork came into my life. And that changed everything. It gave me the possibility to bring everything I’ve lived into one space — not only talking about it, but guiding people into direct experience. Through the breath, a gateway opens. Not only into the subconscious, but into all the dimensions we cannot see with our eyes. And this is a big part of my work. I open spaces where people can meet what is usually unseen — their inner child, their shadow, their ancestors, but also beings, energies, and dimensions beyond what we normally perceive.
