I have been using a Google voice number for cold calling. I was recently restricted using one of my Google because I was texting. Is there any danger with cold calling from Google voice? should I use google voice or is ok to use my cell phone?

Assignment fee cap???
I had a title company here in CA tell me there's a cap of 20% of the purchase price for my assignment fee. Who has ever heard of that or something similar?

switch title companies, look for a mom and pop one that has less the 10 employees one or two facilities. Don't go with giant title companies
