DO YOU HAVE A VISION FOR YOUR LIFE: Tonight LIVE 20:30-21:00
CAN YOU SEE THE LIFE YOU ARE BUILDING? Because there is a difference between having eyesight and having vision. Your eyes show you where you are. Vision shows you where you could be. Your sight is a function of your eyes. Vision is a function of the heart. Sometimes what you see around you right now looks nothing like what you believe your future could become. That's exactly why vision matters. Your circumstances might say, "It's too late, you've messed up too many times, you don't have the resources. Who do you think you are?" But vision asks a completely different question: "What could my life become if I stopped allowing my present circumstances to determine my future?" Don't miss this! For the next three Monday evenings, I'm taking you through a journey on THE POWER OF VISION. Tonight is where we begin. Everybody has to have a dream! Without a dream, life becomes hopeless. I want you to come prepared. Bring a notebook and a pen. And give yourself permission for 30 minutes to think bigger than your current circumstances. HAPPY HERITAGE DAY SOUTH AFRICA!
Today we celebrate where we come from, our culture, our stories, our families and our heritage. But Heritage Day should also make us ask: What am I leaving behind? Proverbs 29:18 says: “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” Without a picture of the future, it becomes difficult to practise discipline in the present. Why sacrifice? Why grow? Why step outside your comfort zone if you don’t know where you’re going? Everything around us started with a vision. The Wright brothers saw human flight before it became reality. Edison imagined electric light. Monty Roberts held onto the vision of owning his horse ranch even when others doubted him. Vision gives your life direction. Think of three men cutting stone. One says, “I’m cutting rocks.” Another says, “I’m earning a living.” The third says, “I’m building a cathedral.” Same work. Different vision. And here’s the beautiful part: When you work on your vision, your vision starts working on YOU. It develops your discipline, stretches your faith and forces you to grow. So today, don’t only celebrate the heritage you inherited. Think about the heritage you are creating. 🔥 HERITAGE DAY CHALLENGE: Finish this sentence in the comments: “The vision I have for my life is…” If you feel like there is MORE inside you, If you know you weren’t created merely to survive from Monday to Friday.. Then I want you there. 28th Monday evening 20:30–21:00 📍 LIVE inside our Skool community THE RESTORATION CHAMBER Bring a notebook. Bring an open mind. And most importantly, bring the future version of yourself that you haven’t met yet. See you Monday. Love Hykie Berg FAITH | FAMILY | FORTUNE PS: Have you downloaded the SKOOL App?

“The vision I have for my life is…” to be the leader in my family that God intended me to be, but also to lead others to His love and truth, to help others find their way, be successful and leave a legacy.
Ask Him to reveal it to you.
You did not arrive by accident, and you were not left without instructions. The Manufacturer who made you has already written His intent into the fabric of who you are — into your gifting, your passions, your capacity, and even your pain. When you try to define yourself apart from Him, you are reading the product without consulting the label. Today, return to the Manufacturer and ask Him to reveal what He intended when He made you. You are loved, you are worthy and you are called for more! Regards Hykie

Needed this!
📖 “Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.” — Colossians 3:2
Has this ever happened to you too? Something small happens during your day and suddenly your mind goes back to an old conversation, mistake or disappointment. And before you know it, those old thoughts are back: “Here we go again.” or “I always do this.” or even “Maybe I’m just not enough.” I was listening to Dr. W. Lee Warren talk about something called the Default Mode Network — DMN. In simple terms, it’s involved when our minds wander, remember things and make sense of what has happened to us. And I thought, that actually makes sense. Our minds can go back to familiar places very quickly. But then the bigger question is: What do I do when my mind goes back there? Because sometimes I’m not just remembering what happened. I’m letting what happened tell me who I am. A mistake becomes: “I’m a failure.” Rejection becomes: “I’m not enough.” And this is where Scripture brings me back. Colossians doesn’t tell me to keep looking at my past to figure out who I am. It says: SET your mind on things above. And then just a verse later: 📖 “Your life is now hidden with Christ in God.” — Colossians 3:3 That really changes things for me. My past is part of my story, yes. But it doesn’t get to decide who I am. 📖 2 Corinthians 5:17 “If anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” So maybe renewing the mind is not just trying to stop an old thought. Maybe it’s noticing: “There’s that old story again.” And then asking: “But what does God say is true about me in Christ?” This is one thing C.O.R.E. is helping me notice more — catching the thought before I just run with it. But Scripture is what brings me back to truth and Christ is where my identity is found. LET’S TALK When your mind starts going back to the old story, what do you need to remind yourself of most? A) My past does not define me B) I am a new creation in Christ C) God is still working in me D) My identity is found in Christ Just drop A, B, C or D below
