BODY is not RANDOM
The way you breathe, brace, hold tension, collapse, push through, or disconnect is not happening without reason. Your body is always communicating. Sometimes through tight shoulders.Sometimes through a clenched jaw.Sometimes through shallow breath.Sometimes through exhaustion, numbness, or the feeling that you have drifted away from yourself. These patterns are not signs of failure. They are signs of intelligence. Your body may be showing you where it learned to protect, adapt, survive, and keep going. This week, I invite you to watch the video and ask yourself: What has my body been trying to protect? What has it been carrying for me? What does it need now? Healing does not begin with fighting ourselves. It begins with listening. Your body is not the obstacle. It is the guide.

This week I chose to really listen, to ask and respond as needed. What needs to soften, release, integrate or digest?

Hi! I understand that completely. It's just a matter of which voice or vibe we chose to listen to.
🌿 MONDAY REMINDER — JAW + RIB CONNECTION 🌿
A beautiful way to begin the week: Many people don’t realize that the jaw and ribs are connected through the breath, fascia, posture, and nervous system. When the ribs are tight… the breath gets smaller. When the breath gets smaller… the jaw often starts helping hold stress. 🌿 Intention for Today You do not need to carry the week in your jaw. You do not need to brace before anything has happened. You can begin with softness. 👇 Share what you noticed in your body.

It's amazing to track my habits during a stressful day at work. I find that my jaw and tongue are the first parts of my body that clench when triggered. I now notice how this creates a cascade of tightness through my neck and shoulders all the way down my back into my hips. Moving, stretching and breathing into my ribs along with practicing softness are all helping so much.
Why am I not taking action?
“I already know what to do.” And the answer is not lack of knowledge. It’s the nervous system. When you’ve experienced stress or trauma, your body is not focused on growth. It’s focused on survival. 👉 So instead of moving forward, the body can go into: freeze avoidance overthinking numbing And from the outside, it looks like: procrastination lack of motivationinconsistency But internally… the system is trying to stay safe. 👉 And here is the paradox: You need to take action to change your life… but taking action can feel unsafe. So what do we do? We don’t force big change. We start small. One step. One breath. One moment of showing up. Because action is not something you wait for. Action is something you create. And every small step teaches your body: it’s safe to move it’s safe to try it’s safe to change You don’t need to feel ready. You need to be willing. SHARE 👇 what are you trying today?

Happy Monday!
DAY 5- WHAT DOES MY BODY NEED?
HURRAY — LAST DAY 🎉 We made it. You’ve noticed your body. You’ve noticed your breath. You’ve noticed your thoughts. You’ve noticed your reactions. And now we arrive at the most important question: What does my body need? 👉 Why This Matters Awareness is powerful. But awareness without response… keeps you observing, not changing. 👉 Today we begin to build something deeper: Self-trust. 👉 Whatever you feel… respond with something simple: 👉 If tight → move gently 👉 If restless → slow down 👉 If heavy → add small movement 👉 If anxious → long exhale 👉 If closed → soften the face 👉 If holding → sigh or sound Even 1–2 minutes is enough. This is the shift: From controlling the body → to listening to the body → to trusting the body Your body has been speaking to you all along. Now you are learning how to listen. And this is just the beginning. ✨✨✨
