Since we started doing this and I committed to doing this practice every day… I also went and got a two hour massage and saw a chiropractor. And I have been doing some heavy body grieving. I realized that I have been processing grief spiritually, emotionally, and mentally…but not bodily!! 😬 I haven’t even really been walking! So since I started this it’s been really kicking up some energy in me. So I’ve been resting more. Drinking more water. And giving myself a break for not getting as much done as I wanted to. My space grand opening in a week away and I’ve done the bare minimum! So I decided to just keep it simple and make it meaningful…so that I can go to Sedona for a few days with some sacred sisters this week. 🩵🙏🏼 So if this practice kicks up anything…look at these four areas of SELF - spirit, emotion, mental and body, and ask which one gets the most attention…and which one the least…and that may be where you’re asking for your own love.
