@Ma Ali ooh lemon balm is so calming and yes stinging nettle and raspberry leaf are great for overall woman’s wellness. Love the versatility in your drinks!! And yea this Moroccan mint green tea I’m referring to is actually Trader Joe’s tea bags— the ingredients are spearmint, green tea and lemongrass. No black tea. Otherwise I use loose leaf green teas and peppermint leaves and mix together. 😋
