Thank you everyone - many people reached out for help so I'll answer once for all. You can start with your profile - your profile matters more than the cover letter, it's the first impression that goes to the clients and the first few lines of your cover letter.

What other than UPWORK?
Hey @Nico Hessel , what other sales channel should we focus on other than UPWORK - I normally have a few clients on Upwork and I can't work on more than 1-2 jobs at a time if I use Upwork Tracker - I run a registered agency so always have a team to work on new projects hence I want to know what other sales channel would you suggest?

Should You Boost Your Proposals??
“Should I be boosting my proposals?” Yes. You absolutely should. "Why?" When you submit a proposal on Upwork, the client only gets to see a small preview of it. And all the proposals are stacked on top of each other. You can see what it looks like on the ​client’s screen here.​ If you boost your proposal, you’ll show up in one of the top 4 spots on the client’s screen. Which means your proposal is WAY more likely to get viewed. And the chance that you get hired goes way up. If you don't boost your proposal, Upwork randomly assigns you a spot starting with #5. And as some jobs receive 50, 60, or even 70 proposals, that really hurts your chances. That being said, you don’t want to boost one million connects and waste your money – you need to be tactical about this. That’s why I only boost my proposal if I can boost it while spending less than 24 connects. Unless I have a unique advantage, like industry experience. In that case, I'll spend more.
