Date: 17 January (Saturday) --- π Blessed Night β Shab-e-Meraj Aaj Shab-e-Meraj ki mubarak raat thi. Is barkat wali raat mein doston ke saath ibadaat ki, jo dil ko sukoon aur positivity dene wali thi π€²β¨ --- π
Sehri & Fajr Ibaadat ke baad sehri karne ke liye nikle. Sehri ke baad Namaz-e-Fajr ada ki. Uske baad thodi der ke liye park mein walk ki β fresh hawa aur movement ne body ko relax feel karaya πΆββοΈπΏ --- π΄ Rest Time 8:00 AM par ghar wapas aaya aur thodi der ke liye so gaya, taake body recover ho sake. --- βοΈ Afternoon Start 2:30 PM par uth kar Namaz-e-Zohar ada ki. Uske baad doston ke saath thoda racket khela, jo ek achi physical activity rahi πΈ --- π Evening Routine Namaz-e-Asr ada karne ke baad ghar aa gaya. Phir iftari ki aur uske baad Namaz-e-Maghrib ada ki. Namaz ke baad khana khaya aur body ko energy di. --- ποΈ Night Workout Namaz-e-Isha ada karne ke baad gym ke liye nikal gaya. Aaj gym mein: β’ Legs workout train kiya πͺ Session intense aur productive raha. --- π½οΈπ Late Night Discipline 12:30 AM par gym se ghar wapas aaya. Ghar aakar proper diet li. Aaj ka ek important focus ye raha ke: > Live bidding ke lectures par jaldi aane ke liye > daily 2β3 lectures dekh raha hoon, > taake skills fast improve ho sakein π― --- π§ Todayβs Reflection Aaj ka din spiritual growth + physical discipline + learning teenon ka balance tha.
