The power of self- talk 🧠
Hum jo bar bar khud se kehty hain, wohi humari thinking aur actions ko shape karta hai. Kabhi kabhi jab thakan hoti hai ya motivation low hoti hai, hum easily give up kar dete hain… Lekin agar us waqt hum khud se kahen: “I can do it” — to mindset thora shift hona start ho jata hai. 💭 Why this works? Hamari brain naturally usi cheez par focus karta hai jo hum repeat karte hain, is liye self-talk humari direction decide karta hai. What I understood: Positive self-talk sirf motivation nahi deta, balkay confidence aur focus ko bhi improve karta hai. 💡 Small but important addition: Sirf bolna kaafi nahi hota — action lena bhi zaroori hai. Even if you’re not motivated, bas 5 minutes ke liye start karo… aksar kaam start karna hi sab se bari jeet hoti hai. ✨ Final thought: Jaisa hum khud se baat karte hain, waisa hi hum gradually ban’na shuru ho jate hain — so choose your words carefully.
