DCU Approval After 3 Rejections (Data Point)
After 3 instant rejections, I finally got approved with DCU, so sharing exactly what happened in case it helps someone. First 3 attempts: - Tried different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari — both desktop and phone) - Tried linking a bank account and also paying with card - All got instantly declined with “unable to verify identity” - Also had weird issues with date fields in the application form 4th attempt (the one that worked): - Application didn’t get instantly rejected - I used the proxy method from the premium classroom instead of Tello roaming (not 100% sure if that’s what made the difference, but it’s the only real change) - No issues with the date fields this time After submission: - Application stayed pending for ~3 weeks - They rejected my initial address proof (insurance + phone bill didn’t work) - Waited for a card statement → submitted → approved Important note on addresses: - I entered both a home address and a different mailing address - This clearly confused the underwriter and caused back-and-forth messages - If I were to redo it, I would NOT include a separate mailing address in the application Not a smooth process at all, but it’s doable. If anyone needs a referral link, DM me.

4 Steps to $9K Credit Card with Fair Credit
You don't need perfect credit scores to get a Navy Federal Credit Card. Someone i know with scores in the 680s got $9,000 approved with just 10 months of credit history, and I'll show you exactly how he did it. Navy Fed doesn't approve you the way big banks do. They don't care as much about your FICO score, they care about how is your relationship with them. And that's why Cloud Residents can easily get $10K, $20K, even $25,000 starting limits, while others get denied instantly. So here's 4 small steps this person took to get approved for $9,000 Navy Fed GO REWARDS Card: 1. Open Checking + Savings 2. Put $2,500 in, then used it to open a pledge loan (secured loan) 3. Paid off 90% of that loan a few days later 4. Manufactured Direct Deposits to show real account activity Month 1, Navy Fed only pre-qualified for a secured card. But on month 3, he ran the pre-approval tool again. Pre-approved for every Navy Fed credit card. Instant $9,000 limit. That is Navy Fed's internal score system at work, and they literally mail you that score after you apply. Keep in mind, Navy Federal has strict membership requirements - you typically need a access code or military connection to even get an account. The step-by-step guide to getting approved for Navy Federal membership with Access code and manufacturing Direct Deposits is available in the "non-Resident Banks" classroom.

Stuck with US Bank Checking application
Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice on applying for a US Bank checking account online. I’ve read numerous DPs suggesting that NRAs have been successfully opening these accounts remotely. However, I’ve hit a wall. I’ve tried applying several times—both for the standard checking account and the State Farm co-branded Smartly account—but I keep getting instant denials. I currently have 5 months of US credit history, which I thought would be enough to establish my identity in their system. I’m really confused about why I can't get through. Has anyone else faced this? Are there any specific tricks or steps I might be missing for a successful online application? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
