This month inside Skool, we’re shifting focus. Lot of people have a hard time controlling their emotions, so this month we stabilizing the body so you know how to deal with them in daily life. Over the next few weeks, the work is about: • regulating emotional waves • increasing emotional capacity • staying neutral instead of reactive • letting feelings move without controlling behavior Emotional regulation is what allows clarity, money, peace, and power to actually stay in your reality & not pop in and out. If the body isn’t regulated, the insight leaks. If emotions not stable, nothing sticks in your world. I’ll be releasing a series of teachings that build this step by step.
