Is that why you/administration took all my video watching classes out? After I watched 2 whole section and did half of a 3rd section you the remove all the sections?
Step 2: Regulation
Creating internal stability Noticing shows us what is happening. Regulation is what allows us to stay present with what we notice without being pulled into reaction, certainty, or shutdown. This isn't about calming yourself down or "being peaceful". It's about creating enough internal stability that your nervous system doesn't have to grasp for answers just to feel safe. When regulation is present, the body isn't braced and the mind isn't racing to resolve discomfort. You don't need to rush to conclusions, adopt beliefs, or defend positions. Regulation gives you room - room to pause, to breath, and to let clarity emerge instead of forcing it. In this space, regulation isn't something you perform or achieve. It's something you practice gently and repeatedly. Small moments of settling matter more than big breakthroughs. This step is about learning to return to yourself - again and again - so that discernment has a stable place to land. You might explore these quietly over time: 1. What helps my body feel even slightly more settled when I notice tension or urgency? 2. When I pause instead of reacting - what changes - even subtlety - inside of me? 3. What does "enough safety" feel like in my body right now? NO FIXING. NO FORCING. Just noticing what helps you stay regulated and present.

I try to keep myself and my life: easy, clean, simple and as righteous as I can. I don't get that complicated. I'm real plain and easy.
Noticing embodied:
Lately many people are sensing a kind of background instability. The world feels louder, sharper, and harder to ignore. When the systems around us are under strain, our bodies often register it before our minds do. Shorter tempers, scattered focus, sudden fatigue, irritability, numbness, or relentlessness aren't personal failures- they are common nervous system responses to an unsettled environment. One of the first skills we practice here is noticing- NOT FIXING - Not judging. Just noticing what's happening in you when the world gets shakey. Dysregulated systems tend to create dysregulated reactions, and that doesn't mean something is wrong with you- it means you're human, responsive, and still paying attention. Awareness is the beginning of regulation. So before trying to make sense of anything "out there" .. pause .. and ground. Feel your feet. Drop your shoulders. Take one slow breath and ask yourself- what am I noticing in my body right now? (Without trying to change it) This space is designed to help you stay steady while everything moves around you. You're not broken. You're responding. And learning to notice that response - gently- is where coherence begins. What are you noticing??? Share with us so we can all learn and relate together. ❤️

The first practice: Noticing
Before clarity, before belief, before meaning, there is noticing. Most confusion right now isn't caused by lack of intelligence or information. It's caused by bodies and nervous systems that are overloaded, rushed, or braced without realizing it. Coherence starts when you begin to notice your internal state without trying to change it. Tightness, urgency, certainty, shutdown - none of these are failures. They're signals. When you can recognize what's happening inside of you, discernment becomes possible again. This is where we will start: learning how to notice without judgement or hurry. 3 helpful hits at noticing : 1. What sensations do I notice in my body right now? Tightness, relentlessness, ease, numbness - without trying to change them 2. What situations or topics lately create urgency or certainty in me, and what do they feel like in my body? 3. When I slow down a little - do I feel more settled - or more uncomfortable - and what might that be telling me? Share some of what you notice below. Welcome to our community ❤️

@Malissa Smith of course, your welcome.
ORIENTATION
ORIENTATION: Where we're starting If you're here, chances are something already doesn't sit right. Not in a dramatic way - more like a quiet tension between what you're being told and what your body, intuition, or lived experience is noticing. This space is not about replacing one set of beliefs with another. It's about slowing down enough to notice what's already happening inside of you. We'll start at the most practical place possible: coherence. Before clarity, before big conclusions, before dismantling anything "out there." When the Nervous system is overwhelmed, the mind reaches for certainty and calls it truth. When things are more regulated and aligned, discernment starts to work again on it's own. That is the foundation we'll return to often - learning how to notice signal vs. noise without shame or urgency. Over time we will explore how stories, systems, and identities shape perception- but only at a pace that keeps us grounded. No rush. No pressure to arrive anywhere. Think of it as learning how to walk the path, not memorizing the destination. Take what resonates, leave what doesn't, and trust yourself to move slowly and honestly. I look forward to our journey together ❤️

Truth is the Foundation of everything. Truth doesn't have a grey area. Truth can stand on it own which is why so many people run from it.
