Recently closed a CRM client on an AI Receptionist System, 2nd monthly payment collected. 🙌 $1,600 setup (And growing as we add more to the system) $997 per month I’m sharing this for the person in here who’s doing the work but hasn’t seen the win yet. This didn’t come from some secret sauce. It came from staying consistent, following up, getting clear on the value I provide, and having real conversations with real business owners about real problems. The win is the result, but the process is the real flex. And I’m not doing it alone. Big thanks to @Jeff Lopez , @Charles Guerra , and everyone inside the CEO Lab community. I just had my first call today with a vacation property rental company who needs just about everything. I know one of the partners. I made a quick website and voice ai, in HL. She was really impressed, but wants to show her biz partner. I need to come up with 'one thing' to propose by Thursday, so trying to figure that out. I may offer a website with voice or conversation ai only to start. Hard to know how to structure it. They need help getting leads too. They are every low tech, use spreadsheets, so no CRM, and use Hostgator and WP. They manage vacation properties in Mexico through their website, Airbnb and VRBO. Not sure where to start. Though they are open to my recommendations and i said I'd be back in touch on Thursday. Love to hear any advice @Craig Cameron ? Thanks!

For reporting when selling AI agents is anyone using a more advanced reporting tool vs the standard view inside GHL? I saw a business today who uses N8N for a more advanced overview so they can see every metric anyone would need to analyse the sales performance Any advice on maybe just keeping it simple in GHL and using their dashboard for simple overview, or anything maybe that plugs in if someone wants a more advanced overview of the data? @Charles Guerra @Craig Cameron Any ideas on this?

Hey gang! Happy Sunday! If @Charles Guerra and I were to make an "Agency Roadmap" to $10k/mo (not a promise or guarantee)... But the steps required from absolute 0 that we have seen work to get there multiple times... Who would want it? Right now I've condensed this down into about 6 "Stages/Levels" and in breaking it down as clear and step by step as I can...
