What do you need to be happy? 😊😍
Often we think we need something to be happy money, freedom, a family, job or a car. At some point we have this realization that we choose to be happy. For you what is it that made you realize you can be happy without having to wait?

@Caitlin Carter You’re so right, so often we attach happiness to things outside of us: money, a career, relationships, or a sense of freedom. For me, the shift happened when I realized I could be at peace in the middle of my storm. I didn’t need to wait for the perfect job, the perfect relationship, or the perfect moment, because that moment might never come. What made me realize I could choose happiness was my healing journey. After walking through trauma and loss, I saw that happiness wasn’t about what I had or didn’t have, it was about how I chose to see myself, my worth, and the life I was already living. That choice gave me freedom no circumstance could take away.☺️ So now I remind myself daily: happiness isn’t postponed until “someday.” It’s found in the here and now, in choosing to honor who I am and the peace I cultivate within.🥰

What is emotional intelligence❓
A lack of emotional intelligence can be somebody shutting down when they feel overwhelmed by very common situations that most others would easily deal with. A high level of emotional intelligence can be someone not only regulating their own emotions, but having the ability to assist others with theirs. How do you describe emotional intelligence? How do you believe emotional intelligence is measured?

@Caitlin Carter I’d describe emotional intelligence as being aware of your own emotions, understanding where they come from, and choosing how to respond instead of just reacting. It also shows in how we treat others, listening, supporting, and holding space without judgment. I think it’s measured less by tests and more by how we show up in everyday moments like conflict, stress, or compassion.
How is your power expressed💥
Is it your spoke word, writing ability, actions, emotional or mental strength? Tell us how you exert your power?

@Caitlin Carter for me it’s all of it. It’s my spoken word that carries the fire, my writing that bleeds truth on every page, my actions that walk in alignment with the healing I speak of, my emotional strength that allowed me to feel the depths and still rise, and my mental resilience that kept me moving when everything around me said stop. I’m not just one layer. I’m a tapestry of pain transmuted into purpose, a voice for the silenced, a mirror for those still learning to see themselves. So when you ask what it is it’s the wholeness of who I am. And every piece plays its part.
Assets vs Liabilities in Life 💡⚖️
Take inventory of your life, what actions and routines push you forward? These are your assets 💎 What patterns hold you back or drain you? 🪫 These are your liabilities. An asset gives you a positive return and a liability costs you more than it gives back 💸 Shifting your energy from liabilities to assets is one of the most powerful changes you will make 🔑 That change you’ve been thinking about 💭 The business idea you keep putting off 💼 The fitness plan you want to try 🏋️ Go for it 💯 If you believe it will bring rewards 🏆 You owe it to yourself to try 💪 Start with one habit 🌱 Take the next step ➡️

@Caitlin Carter Whew… this hit deep!!! I had to sit with this and really ask myself: What in my life is feeding me… and what is quietly bleeding me dry? 🏆 My assets? The routines that ground me. The people who speak life into me. The boundaries I’ve learned to honor. The moments I choose stillness over chaos, healing over hiding. 🙈 My liabilities? Old patterns dressed in new faces. Overgiving. Overthinking. Staying in places too long because comfort disguised itself as love. Neglecting my needs to make others comfortable. Truth is… energy doesn’t lie. And if it’s draining me, it’s not meant to stay. So today, I’m choosing to shift. Not just in theory, but in action. That change I’ve been circling around? I’m stepping into it. That vision I keep delaying? I’m birthing it. *One habit at a time. *One step forward. *One bold move toward purpose. Because I’m no longer entertaining what costs me my peace. I’m investing in what multiplies my power. Let’s shift together. #AssetEnergyOnly #ShiftYourPath #RenewedPathways #SelfAwareness #GrowthSeason #MoyaRang

How do you reclaim your calm? ☮️
In chaotic situations, we can come back to a calm place. It’s like a switch goes on and then the switch goes off. 🎚️ How do you turn the switch off when you feel that state you don’t wanna continue being in?

@Caitlin Carter Reclaiming your calm starts with creating safety in your body first. Calm isn’t something you find outside of you , it’s something you return to within yourself.
