Building Wealth and Wellness 💰💪
Let’s break down the two pillars of a fulfilling life, wealth and wellness. 🌍✨ Wealth isn’t just about having money 💵 it is about having more than you need. Success is defined differently to each person. For some, it’s traveling the world 🌎✈️ and others it’s raising a happy, healthy family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦❤️. Define what success means to you then direct your energy towards it 🔥. Do not just focus on saving money, focus on making more 💡🚀. Be aware of lifestyle inflation, if you earn more and spend more, your financial freedom doesn’t grow 📉. Instead focus on investing time, money, and energy to things that bring a return 📈💎. Is another night out drinking 🍻 helping your goals? Or would that money be better invested on a gym membership 🏋️‍♂️ or online course 🎓📚? Wellness is more than diet and exercise 🥗🏃. It’s about alignment 🌿⚖️. Does your morning routine energize or exhaust you? 🌅☕ Are you eating for comfort 🍩 or for nourishment 🥦? Does your environment reflect the life you want? 🏡🌸 Wellness comes from sustainable daily choices that support your long-term happiness 😊🌟, not short-term pleasure 🎯.

Often we think we need something to be happy money, freedom, a family, job or a car. At some point we have this realization that we choose to be happy. For you what is it that made you realize you can be happy without having to wait?

What is emotional intelligence❓
A lack of emotional intelligence can be somebody shutting down when they feel overwhelmed by very common situations that most others would easily deal with. A high level of emotional intelligence can be someone not only regulating their own emotions, but having the ability to assist others with theirs. How do you describe emotional intelligence? How do you believe emotional intelligence is measured?

You are a beautiful being 🌺 beyond who you are to others. Tell us what you are passionate about. This may be challenging so let me give you my own example. I am a beautiful old soul. ✨ I am love and kindness. ❤️‍🔥 I am the change I wish to see in the world. 🌎
