Log into your Experian portal. 2. Click on "File a dispute." 3. Locate the account you wish to dispute. 4. Click "Start a dispute." Under the reason, select "OTHER." 👀 Here’s where the 💎 MAGIC happens! 👇🏾 6. In the comments section, paste this: “ I am a victim of Data Breach and Identity Theft. Please, block and delete the account within 4 business days pursuant to FCRA 605B15 U.S.C. 1681c-2.” 7. Then click "Submit." 8. Next, click on attach supporting documents and upload the dispute letter, FTC report, affidavit, ID, and SSN, Screenshot of data breach victim if you have it.
