Hey Sanctuary family! I have some exciting news for those of you in the Pacific Northwest. First, for my Portland friends. I am beginning a series of in-person classes and offerings at Soulful in Sellwood, and I would love for you to be part of them. The first one is coming up on May 9th. Ooo I was sitting in the power (using Carey’s meditation). My left leg went numb and heavy. Then shortly after I felt a female elderly presence. She felt like she belonged to the land and is here to help guide me in using plants. She had a Native American feel to her. I was mesmerized by her beautiful grey long hair 😊.
