You may have chosen to go slowly through January without creating any BIG goals. That is what I did. If you are ready to choose one small step to help you align your energy in February, what will you choose? Last year, I spent 2 weeks in North Carolina and got up each morning to watch the sun rise. If I stayed inside on a cold day, I used that time to stretch. If it was "warm" enough to go to the beach to see the sunrise, I would spend the first minute of the day listening to the ocean and watching the dophins swim by!
