I am terrible at...
Who enjoys making rice paper spring rolls??? So I've been on a major fixation with them the last week or 2. But my wrapping skills are just not it. I'm so terrible at it! Thankfully that doesn't impact their taste, but... Does anyone have any secrets or tips on the best way to wrap them? I NEED to know!

Happy Monday! Setting intentions…
What intentions are you setting for the week?? This week I’m working on getting to the gym a bit earlier. The last few weeks I’ve gotten sucked into computer work in the mornings and found myself losing track of time and doing my morning workout in the late morning. Nothing wrong with that, but then I’m rushing through my workout. This week I’m setting a timer and whatever I don’t finish, I’ll finish in the evening. This way I don’t have to rush through my workout.
