Hi Melina, This month, I’ve been going over your course again, and I love the brief videos because they make it easy to quickly refresh. I already handle direct signings where I work with various documents, including deeds, but I’m looking to improve specifically with seller packages and loan signing documents through RON. I also completed a seller’s and buyer’s package online for an investor client who was abroad. His Wi-Fi connection was unstable, which slowed things down, but I also noticed I was a little slower than I expected during the process. I’m trying to improve my speed, efficiency, and overall workflow with seller packages and loan signings through RON. I’m also in the process of learning another RON platform, so I’m working on strengthening both my document workflow and platform skills.

I currently use BlueNotary and have already registered with Proof. I’ll also be going through their platform to become familiar with their workflow.
A situation that happens more often than you think 👇
Client deletes docs and uploads a new set… ❌ Doesn’t notify anyone Notary downloads the original set, completes the signing… ❌ Never sees the updated documents Signing service also doesn’t catch the update… ❌ No one flags the change Now the question is: Who’s responsible here? 👀 👉 The client for not notifying? 👉 The notary for not double-checking before the appointment? 👉 The signing service for not catching the update? 👉 Or all of the above? This is one of those gray areas where communication (or lack of it) can cause real problems. Quick reminder: Before heading to a signing, it’s always a good habit to do a last-minute check for any updates or new documents. It can save you from a big headache later. 👉 What do YOU think? Who’s responsible in this situation? Let’s discuss 👇

Excited to Be Here & Highly Recommend the App Course
Hello Everyone, happy to be part of this group. I took the app course last year and it truly made an amazing difference, I highly recommend it to new loan signing agents.
