Quick flow: - Candle + music - Share/ship something (post, pitch, page, chapter, offer) - Release list: what I'm done carrying - Close: 'Luxury is alignment, not labels.' What are you done carrying?

Set the tone for your Fire Horse year. 1) Light a candle 2) Choose a word of the year 3) Write 3 bold intentions (personal + business) 4) One brave action for the next 72 hours 5) Close with gratitude + breath. New Moon = pull in + plant. Full Moon = put out + release. Share your word of the year below!

It’s a recognition. Somewhere in your 40s or 50s, something shifts. You may have a full life — career, family, credentials — and still feel… unsettled. That feeling is not failure.
