Get close to a perfect diet without thinking about it!😮‍💨
Routine-based diet! What is it? It's having a few different meals, that you know the macros of! This means: - You only need to count macros (macronutrients) once - You can choose meals that you enjoy - Meal prep becomes easy - You know the macros for Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even snacks without counting Why is it so useful? - A way of making time-consuming activities much faster - Since it’s easy, you can be consistent with it - Gives close to the same results (even if counting all the time will definitely be the most accurate!) In the video, I also give examples of which foods I use for my routine-based diet and a breakfast I can strongly recommend. If you want to become an absolute beast this summer, I strongly recommend that you join the VIP Calisthenics Masterclass. The ultimate way of getting consulting and feedback on your training 24/7!

That’s amazing method to eat mindfully and nurture your body. My current breakfast is a bowl of beans and a greek yogurt drink which accounts for a third of my daily protein goal. I also use clear whey protein on my water to help me drink more water and hit my goals easier. Weighing food is a hassle unless you’re in a competition prep.
What diet works for you guys?
Can you give me some advice in terms of diet in generell and what do you figured out works for you? So it may work for me aswell 👍 Thank's

my main focus is to hit double my bodyweight in protein and slightly more as I’m trying to gain more muscle. I try to hit that as much as I can from my meals and then supplement with whey protein. I also use clear whey in my water to help me drink more water and hit my protein goal efficiently.
