What’s in your Health Stack?
I’m in an entrepreneurs group, and someone asked about everyone’s tech stack—the tools they use in their business (like Google, Canva, Zapier, etc.). It got me thinking… what if we had health stacks too? What are the tools, routines, or resources that keep you feeling your best? I’ll go first 👇

I don't know if this a stack or not but this is what I do: I rotate long and short form eating windows (aka, I fast 16+ hours) taking the weekend off, hydrate with salts early in the day, walk 4 to 8 miles 4 days of the week with prewalk kettlebells/calisthenics, & end my day with supplements and yoga. Sharing my workout habits feels weird and looks a little strange but here it is. :). I have been doing this off and on for about 6 years but have really been nailing it in over this summer. I started around 230 lb and am now around a plump 165 at 5'1".

@Bridgette Devin I will be walking today and yoga. I don't have definite times yet. :( I work out around household responsibilities. Normally, I go about 11/12 when my youngest no longer need tutoring. When do you workout?

@Bridgette Devin I hope. I am concerned about my joints. I have Crohn's and psoriatic arthritis. I want as much hefty weight off but enough cushioning to help the falls!
