Inhaling for 13+ seconds?!
Help a sister out here! How do you stretch out the inhale for 13 seconds or longer? Do I need to up my cardio to build lung capacity?

We now have integrations with apple health and android health, so you can see wearable data inside of coherence and track how breathwork affects things like HRV, resting heart rate, and more Make sure to download/update😄
