We Work with Brands & Now Hiring a Video Editing Manager (Editor + Team Coordinator) We primarily work with brands, and as we’re onboarding more projects, we’re looking for someone reliable who can step in and help us scale smoothly. This role is for someone who is a great communicator, can send clear Loom recordings to the team, and has the ability to get projects done quickly through editors without compromising quality. Your Role You’ll be responsible for managing the entire editing workflow: - Assigning projects to editors - Taking regular updates (hourly where needed) - Ensuring deadlines are met - Quality checking all videos before delivery - Handling revisions with editors - Organizing files and maintaining proper structure - Maintaining tracking sheets and project progress - Creating clear briefs and making sure editors understand the vision - This is a hands-on role, you should already have strong video editing knowledge you don’t need to edit full projects daily, but you must be capable of handling minor edits or revisions if needed.
