Would You Rather 🌲🔥
Would you rather: A) Wake up to steady rain but have hot coffee and a dry tarp or B) Wake up to clear skies but everything’s soaked? Drop A or B + one line why. (There’s no wrong answer — just different field calls.) Where the Map Ends, The WILD begins!! Stay Rugged.

Definitely A, as well. Enjoying that warmth of coffee during those chilly rainy nights
🌲🔥 Welcome to the Crew, Jasmine Brown! 🔥🌲
Everyone help me welcome Jasmine Brown to Outdoor Bushcraft Camp Skills. Jasmine is joining us from Kelowna, Canada, and her focus is right where it should be — building confidence by breaking outdoor skills down to the basics. She’s especially interested in navigation, which is a core pillar of what we work on here. Jasmine, you’re in the right place. Course 1 will help lock in solid foundations, and Course 2 starts applying those skills in real-world movement and decision-making. Be sure to: 🔥 Jump into today’s Campfire Post and say hello 📝 Drop a short intro so the Crew can welcome you properly Glad to have you here, Jasmine — pull up a seat by the fire. Welcome
Bushcraft cabin
From never being an outdoors person growing up… My son loves the outdoors and seeing him grow up so quick made me jump on YouTube hit record for all of our adventures. So here I am building this cabin so I can go camping with him.

I can relate it @Tyler Farrior ! Had that moment when I was glued on working on my studies and watching videos. Had that moment on sticking my eyes on social media, until, allotted my time for gardening, which gives me break and kind of give me an adventure experience.

@Rodney Thompson Outdoor Skills Somewhat similar. Started few months back by growing veggies and flowers, but also, it's been few years since growing houseplants. Am more into sustainable approach to thrive plants, due to financial constraints, as well.
🌅 The Thing You Refuse to Rush Anymore
Early on, everything feels urgent. Later, you learn that rushing the wrong thing usually costs more time than it saves. What’s one thing you deliberately slow down on now — because experience taught you to? Short answers welcome. 👀 Where the Map Ends, The WILD begins!! Stay Rugged.

Spending time on social media.
☀️ What Do You Intentionally Leave Time For?
Slowing down isn’t about doing less. It’s about protecting the parts of the day that actually matter.

Since I work from home, I do leave time for my family, spending time with them and having a conversation, plus, taking a moment to clear up my thoughts.

@Rodney Thompson Outdoor Skills Exactly! With consistent engagement on digital platforms, our brains need to be prevented from overstimulation.
