What's your guys' thoughts about virtual estimates? Has anyone tried/considered doing it?

I’m in a tight situation and wanted to get your guys thoughts on this. I worked with a subcontractor on a project and took some photos and videos of the the workers with my company T-shirt and logo. After that project I didn’t see a long term relationship with them. So we decided to part ways. A few days after, he texted me asking to take down the marketing materials, off social media. What do I do. We are relying on that content for our marketing now!!! From a legal standpoint where do I stand?!

Hey Guys I have a 2300 sqft two story house. they want the interior done. Everything except the kitchen cabinets and the "ceiling in the first floor". My rough estimate for all the walls is about 7000 sqft, 17 doors.
