Tight situation
I’m in a tight situation and wanted to get your guys thoughts on this.
I worked with a subcontractor on a project and took some photos and videos of the the workers with my company T-shirt and logo.
After that project I didn’t see a long term relationship with them.
So we decided to part ways.
A few days after, he texted me asking to take down the marketing materials, off social media.
What do I do.
We are relying on that content for our marketing now!!!
From a legal standpoint where do I stand?!
