Hey Brien, my journey is longer than these past 60 days. I am continuing to get more flexible and stronger with exercise. Am starting the cleanse tomorrow. Have lost 6 lbs since Jan. Planning to lose 10 more over the next 60 days.

Hiya! Just completed my first week of 60 day challenge. Besides weight loss, my goal is to regain flexibility after 2 knee surgeries and to eliminate pain. I am strengthening my core and loosening my very tight pelvic/groin area and relieving pain from arthritis in right hip. I’ve been at gym all but one day this week. I’m combining swimming, recumbent bike and elliptical with stretch and balance classes. I am looking to find the right meal plan and a glucose monitor.
