Or something more like a high-ticket transformation offer or Subscription model like Cymake? 2. Niche Strategy – Do you recommend niching down early (like dental, real estate, etc.), or starting broad to test demand? 3. Go-To-Market – What’s the best initial traction strategy: 4. Target Countries – In your experience, which international markets are most responsive to AI voice calling right now? (US, UK, Canada, UAE?) 5.
