- Niche Strategy – Do you recommend niching down early (like dental, real estate, etc.), or starting broad to test demand?
- Go-To-Market – What’s the best initial traction strategy:
- Target Countries – In your experience, which international markets are most responsive to AI voice calling right now? (US, UK, Canada, UAE?)
- Model Recommendation – Based on your experience, which client delivery model scales better: plug-and-play automation systems or done-for-you custom campaigns?
