Baseline: 1. 4:00 AM wake-up no matter what 2. Meet Macros 3. Make it through the workout (I don’t have to show out, but I have to show up). 4. Do not add to or subtract from the population.

This and waking up same time every day is where it starts. Don’t make it cute. It’ll change your life. I am 90 days in tomorrow, and I wouldn’t trade my simple, DELICIOUS macro-focused food for anything— including a Chinese Buffet AND Peanut Butter Half-Baked Ben & Jerry’s. It was killing me. Before this program, I didn’t know that food was supposed to make me feel like it does now! Best advice/instruction I’ve ever gotten. Thanks Lane!
Discipline = Trust
If you aren’t discipline you can’t be trusted by other or yourself. You lose self respect when you don’t stick to your word. Undisciplined people fold up and the slightest discomfort. I’m learning it’s the discipline and boundaries we set for ourselves in our new lives that give us freedom. Im not “there” yet, but being disciplined does get a little easier and less burdensome the more i do it.

Life happens; you aren't always going to feel like it. You are going to be tired, hurt, and burned out. So what are you going to do?
