Weigh ins.
Every Saturday, weigh in. First thing, use the same scale, and do it before you eat, regardless of whether you think you lost any weight or not. It doesn’t matter if you got off track. This helps you stay accountable and keeps a record of how far you have come. Your body can change without your weight changing. Also, take pictures. Keep your arms down by your sides, not on your hips like the app says. Try to take the pictures in the same place and at the same distance so it’s comparable. If you don’t add the weight and pictures in the app, we won’t know what to adjust. Additionally, if there is a certain body part you want to grow more than others, let us know so we can adjust the workouts as needed. The more you work, the more the program works.
