A) Walk hard and fast to burn it off B) Sit, brew up, and just watch the woods for 10 minutes C) Build a small fire and focus on one simple task D) Journal or brain-dump everything onto paper E) Something else entirely Drop your letter and why. Sometimes the most radical thing is just… sitting still and drinking tea like a woodland pensioner.

Team building can often come with a *sigh* by those having to participate but that's the corporate view of it.
