Each Friday in this group, I’ll be sharing one simple “Tiny Step” you can take toward a little more peace and clarity, using small, doable actions. This is our first Tiny Step together. Today’s Tiny Step: Clean out your purse or everyday bag 👜 Take everything out, wipe the inside, and only put back what you truly use. Our bags can hold a lot, not just items, but clutter, stress, and forgotten things. After you’ve done this, notice how it feels the next time you reach for it. Does anything feel lighter, calmer, or easier? If you do this step, comment “done” or share what you noticed. I’d love to hear how this feels for you, and we’ll check in again next week.

My favorite pastime or the thing I spend the most time on is walking. I walk about two hours a day with my dog. I don't know if anyone can relate, but I find it hard to write and comment on posts. But I did, so: win 😀
