Watch the video for some smiles and insight. Did you know that only one organ in your body likes sugar, which happens to be the "boss" of all the other organs? Sugar is sneaky (and addictive), but only one organ in your body craves it. It's not the calories from sugar that cause fat gain, it's the hormonal impact that turns off your fat-burning machinery. This animation is meant for educational and entertainment purposes - not for sugar-shaming. @Michelle Temple Since I retired, I’ve gotten back to my more “normal” rhythm of staying up late and sleeping later. However, I find that I get less accomplished because I am not really being productive in the later evening. I tend to wake up early as I did when working but I just go back to sleep. It might be easy for me to adjust my circadian rhythm and enjoy it if I just stayed up when I wake up early! That would drive going to sleep earlier and maybe better sleep habits.
