@Andrew Brooks great ideas. The key is doing it in the moment ar rhe trigger, when techniques might fly out the window and conditioned responses set in , so i suppse the more we practice rhe more this replaces conditioned responses as the new subconscious response
So how do you clear blocks?
HI! So is it presence, witness/ observer / neutrality, forgiveness, flow, small steps? So if I feel a block to getting a job or earning money, so how do I observe that? If I observe, 'i am not good enough' what do I do with that? I am trying to get practical actionable steps after watching a few random long videos. Thanks

@Sheila Farr well i did a lot of worthiness clearing with these energy journalling tools and prayer forgiveness yet it came up again in situations some deep "no," to gifts from God. But i saw it as it happened this time so that is progress. I did some ancestral family clearing and prayer and so on. God knows if any of it helped i hope it did i see all these efforts as different forms of Prayer as at the end of the day there is only One Power
Forgiveness Practice
Hello High Vibers! This is a great book: "Forgive Everyone for Everything: 21 Days to Clear Your Mind, Heal Your Heart, and Manifest a Meaningful Life" by Iyanla Vanzant She incorporates tapping, journaling and meditation to help us heal our inner child. Let us do the forgiveness work and let go of the past. 💐🌼🍀🤍🎁 "Practicing forgiveness will heal the original experience of abandonment that has resulted in the subsequent detachment from feelings. Our work in this forgiveness practice will be to get to the underbelly of the experience in order to release the thoughts and feelings that perpetuate the merry-go-round ride. Forgiveness is a process that stops the ride and eliminates the wounds of the past from the mind and the heart. Forgiveness supports our growth into a new way of thinking, being, and living. Forgiveness builds mental, emotional, and spiritual muscles. In today’s world, muscle—i.e., strength and endurance—is something we can all use a lot more of each and every day. Throughout this forgiveness practice, you will be asked to identify thoughts and beliefs. A belief is a thought—fueled by a feeling—that you think over and over until it becomes habitual. Once a thought becomes habitual, you no longer even recognize that you are thinking it. For this reason, it is absolutely essential to identify and release the long-held, worn-out beliefs that often hold toxic thoughts in place." Iyanla Vanzant

@Andrew Brooks yes, well said. I just had reconnections with ex relatives this weekend, after a long time and one just needs to accept what is, all humans muddling along doing what seems right. As you say, it does no good resenting and peace is so much better
Does anyone here have an idea of what the ‘3rd and better way' is?
In his book, "7 Habits of Highly Effective Families" Steven Covey says, "There's your. There's my way. But there's a 3rd and better way." Does anyone here have an idea of what the '3rd and better way is?"

@Heather Noel Welcome! Synchronicities! He did mention in 7 habits that it needed a lot more discussion.

@Heather Noel wow! I read the 7 habits of highly effective people. I do have the one for families but my kids are teens now. They do ok, i am proud of them. But Covey and his wife were phenomenal. They wrote individual, couple and family etc mission statements before their marriage; they were very intentional and organized in all aspects of their lives, which is quite a feat. When i read his books i found i would pause to ponder a lot. Because every sentence is packed wirh meaning that needs digesting to really feel it. No filler in his books. I got several and got his son's teens one for my kids. Very worthy books
Witness: negative thought diet. How is it going?
Watching my thoughts, in observer mode, witnessing myself. Lots of looping thoughts of the past on repeat. Releasing resentment, fear, the past. Working on breaking those patterns. Proactively choosing more resourceful thoughts. How is this going for you?
