Imagine us on a recorded video
I am imagining a round table, I would be there with my documentation (MRI, ultrasound, blood labs, etc) and some of you would be there as well. We would present our documented evidence of shrinkage of our tumors. We would make visible to the world that non-toxic methods of tumor shrinkage are possible. 15 years ago when I was diagnosed for the first time, I had no clue that there are non-toxic ways of navigating cancer. At that time it was stage 3 in my throat. The people around me didn't either know of any other options. We all believed the only option was to follow what the doctor at the hospital said we should do: biopsy, surgery, radiation.. 15 years later I am more informed, and I'm so grateful for this. I am extremely grateful to whoever it is that began to speak about Thomas Seyfried's studies on YT.

Fcuk it, here’s my story.
Posted this in a fb group when questioned on my anonymity. Might as well post it here. Yes I’m just a cancer patient who has been scared out of his mind with the unknown and I leapt at the soc with both hands because I knew no better. 25 months ago I was diagnosed and when I got the news that I was stage 4 with a 25x19cm primary in my kidney, 20+ mets in my lungs, a 6x4cm met my aorta, 4x4cm by base of wind pipe and 8mm in my pancreas I thought I would be dead soon. I went through the kidney removal and was opened up from just below sternum to belly button and across to somewhere above my hip and thankfully they managed to get the kidney out but I bled out and heart was stopped. 5 units of blood and several litres of plasma and whatever else they gave me got me back. Apparently there were 4 peoples hands and a robot in me trying to get that bad boy out of me. Surgeons are understated people. A month after the op he told me that I gave him quite a fright but didn’t go into details. I only know this as a friend got the info from the ICU nurse but kept it from me until I had recovered a month or so later. I was back at work 7 weeks later. I was 10kg lighter 3 days after the op. I then started immunotherapy which Has left me with a damaged pituitary gland that doesn’t produce ACTH so my remaining adrenal gland doesn’t produce cortisol and I have to take a pill for life daily to stay alive. I spent 7 weeks like a 100 year old man who didn’t have any energy or appetite and I had to take a friend to the hospital with me for a colonoscopy because I was too weak to get there on my own and didn’t have the strength to carry a light bag with some toiletries and change of underclothes. Thankfully I was diagnosed with Acute Adrenal Insufficiency but only after a family member went to a routine appointment and pushed the clinic to see me. I think I would have been dead within another couple of weeks if that had not have happened. I had a trip to A&E the other week as I collapsed 4 times in the night trying to get water. When you hit a hardwood floor on top of concrete it’s you that hurts. I’m still in a bit of pain now and I had a infection and I didn’t have enough cortisol to keep my endocrine system topped up and stimulating my body to fight the infection. 100mg cortisol, liquid antibiotics, 2L of plasma lite and a course of oral antibiotics later It still hurts to breathe in fully now.

Penny Brohn UK - Cancer Charity
A valuable resource for anyone with cancer or supporting somebody with cancer. Penny Brohn UK – Cancer wellbeing for everyone I was speaking to a McMillan nurse just after Christmas, and she mentioned this charity to me since I wasn't finding what I was looking for in the NHS. I have signed up with them online and will be attending a Welcome Session on the 7th. From what I have found looking around the site, they have a lot of valuable resources available. Every service and event I've looked at so far is listed as PC, which I believe means Price Concession - AKA - free. Here are a list of the free services they offer: Online group sessions Welcome to Penny Brohn UK Treatment Support Programme Lymphoedema Support Group Scar Care Clinical Hypnotherapy Managing Menopause with Cancer Breathe Away Worry and Anxiety Eating Well with Cancer Nutrition Know-How Nutrition Café Monday Relaxation Room Tuesday Relaxation Room Mind-body Connection Strength and Stamina Gentle Yoga and Mindful Movement Yoga for Cancer Tai Chi Bereavement Support Group Connect – peer support group In person group support (at our centre near Bristol) Wellbeing Days Living Well Retreats Nordic Walking Tea and Chat Nutrition Café Welcome to Penny Brohn UK Community Kitchen Personal consultations (by phone, Zoom or in-person) Integrative Doctor support Counselling Nutritional Therapy Exercise Therapy Scar Therapy Lymphoedema Support Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, and Massage Personal Planning This will be a valuable resource for many of you who are not getting the support you need from your health provider and maybe need a little extra reassurance or advice in your cancer care. While they do not provide second opinions or prescribe medication, their volunteers and staff are trained professionals in the oncological arena and will, I'm certain, be able to offer a lot of valuable assistance. I'll keep you updated as I learn more.

Is this relevant to folks in the USA?
Good news : tumor shrinking
Dear friends, I have been absent from here for a long time. I am coming back now to report some good news: I got another MRI this week, and when compared with the MRI of one year ago, here is a comparison of the size of the tumor then and now: December 2023: 4.6 x 3.2 x 5.5 December 2024: 3.1 x 2.0 x 4.1 I've still got a way to go, though I'm feeling hopeful. I'm available to have a conversation or interview etc. I couldn't have done this without the support of y'all and I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart 💗
