Hello. I'm Miranda. I have 4 boys 9-4. 2 have autism level 1 diagnosis. Teddy is 8 and was diagnosed about a year ago and chester is 5 and was diagnosed a few months ago. Teddy loves crafts. Sewing, perler beads, magic bands, diamond dots, cross stich, crochet, loom knitting are a few. He also loves reading. Will read for 2 plus hours a day. He hates finishing what he has started. He also really hates not having a schedule and veering off the schedule. We love doing puzzles together. He could do his crafts forever. Chester loves Mickey and dinos. He loves trying new foods and "stealing" vegetables that are being prepared for the grill. He hates not being in charge. He loves playing "baby or dog" with his brothers. His favorite game is taking a handful of vegetables from Dad while he's preparing them for the grill. Training. How to get grandparents to understand that the boys think differently and how to get them to understand they are different. Also training on managing meltdowns or recognizing one before it's "too far gone".
