I’m curious to know if anyone has humidifier brands they recommend? I’ve been starting to have itchy red bumps on my arms and I believe it’s due to dry skin from the dry air and cold - wondering if a humidifier would help with this.

Has anyone here had a Tongue Tie Release (frenectomy) done as an Adult? i just found out about this, cause your tongue could actually be the cause of quite a few issues, from migraines, poor sleep, posture, shoulder pain, ADHD, brain fog and so on. Never in my life have I heard any dentist mention this, till I went to a specialist orthodontist and he told me I had severe tongue tie thats causing all these issues. anyways, anyone done this or know about it?
