One of the fun way to get visibility in other people's communities on Skool is when your post/comment is pinned. I've managed to do it multiple times over the last few weeks. As always, I am happy to share it, for FREE... but this time I am asking something back: you need to progress to level 3 to join our event. 1. PUT ON YOUR CALENDAR! 2.WHO/HOW: - You must be at level 3 to join (check the leaderboard for your level) - If you are not yet at Level 3, don't worry - it is an easy job, only 20 points to get there.. How do I get to level 3: - comment on other ppl posts (value comment) and get your comment liked - post your win/insight/ observation (relevant to hackathon topic) and get comments and likes From my experience, it can take you 30 mintues to get to level 3! @Lidia Axe adviced us to team up and honestly best decision. 😄 @Minoo Shinde and I are officially accountability partners now. No going back. Here's how we're doing this: We check in with each other every Wednesday in chat. And every Friday we post our update right here in this thread so there's a public record and nowhere to hide. 😅 Updates can be short. Nobody needs an essay. If it's unclear we'll ask. A quick plan for the next week is welcome too. Helps to say it out loud. See you Friday. 🪷

Had a great call with Lidia highly recommend if you can get her time time on her calendar. I have been spending so much time in activities that dont help me to grow my community. I thought it would but.. and now I have more focused action list that really matter in growing my community. It was very helpful to go over the steps with Lidia so I’m not overwhelm too much to do but like sharp, focused action. Lidia also helped me bring focus on being more lighthearted fun in my community and I updated my community icon (now its " NO Loud Speaker" - no yelling) . I changed it based off that based on Lidia suggestion - I am sharing my last icon and updated one in the photos. Find your person. Excitement is high in the beginning. It won’t be in a week. By the end of Week 1, motivation drops. That’s normal. The hardest parts come first: - Choosing your niche - Defining your offer - Committing to one direction Even with the custom GPTs and structure, this is where 80% will quietly drop. Here’s what I know: Public commitment is powerful. But personal commitment is stronger. When you commit to everyone, you commit to no one. When you commit to one person, it becomes real. You don’t need 10 accountability partners. You ONLY need one. One person who: - Checks in daily - Asks if you did the work - Pushes you when you hesitate - Doesn’t let you disappear And you do the same for them. That’s how you get through the dip.
