@Elizabeth R Peace doesnโt come from your teen changing โ it comes from you having clarity on what to say and how to show up. When you know that ahead of time, you respond instead of react, and thatโs what keeps communication open. Their mood isnโt yours to control; your response is โ and once youโre clear on that, you stop leaving these moments to chance.
