Hi everyone, I’ve really been struggling recently with something I think a lot of people here deal with… Following up with leads consistently. Over the past few months, I kept hitting the same problem: I’d generate leads… I’d send the first message… And then everything would fall apart after that. Either I forget to follow up, or I lose track of who replied, or I end up sending repetitive messages manually. And honestly, I kept wondering: “How are people actually managing follow-ups at scale without dropping opportunities?” Because in real life: Some leads reply after 1 message. Some need 3–5 follow-ups. Some take days to respond. Some never respond at all. And keeping track of all that manually just doesn’t scale. Anyway, I was testing something recently using a simple automation setup with Gmail + Google Sheets + a sequence system… And I think I finally built a clean way to solve this.
