Food noise triz vs Reta
A little over a year I’ve lost 15lbs on triz. Intentionally that slow, I’ve been working on building muscle while losing some fat and inflammation. I’ve only gone as high as 200mcg. I keep hearing amazing things Reta. I still want to lose about 5 more lbs. I used to struggle with bulimia. it’s been decades since it was a problem but the amazing gift of calming the food noise that I’ve gotten from triz has been life changing. I’m scared to make the switch that it will all come back. Disclaimer, I can eat on triz, hitting macros and staying healthy. Looking for advice and feedback on the food noise with Reta.

@Sabrina Serna I have tried both. I am extremely sensitive and can only tolerate very low doses. On Retatrutide, I was constantly starving, felt exhausted and nauseated, and became depressed with clear anhedonia. I also tried Cagrilintide alongside Retatrutide, which made everything significantly worse. I spent days in bed — my husband kept saying, “stop taking that shit.” I am now on Tirzepatide at very low doses. I started at 0.5 mg and am currently taking 0.3 mg every three days while slowly working up to a dose that feels right for me. I can function - I might get a headache after the pin in the mornings - I just pain tabs - & drink lots of electrolytes. NO nausea and fatigue - which is incredibly important as I must function - very busy life and can’t spend it in bed 🫩
