What would you put on a road sign?
People over explain. Someone asks "what do you do?" or "tell me about your Skool community," and we're off to the races. The background. The process. The calls. The DMs. This came up on the Mastermind call, the community call, and my one-to-ones this week. It's just a thing. You have to do stuff to get people a result. We know that. But people care way more about the result than the stuff you do to get them there. You've seen the sign on the side of the road. WE BUY HOUSES. Phone number. Clear offer. You either keep driving or you take a picture and call. You see these every single day: - Cash for Gold. - We Buy Junk Cars. - Keys Made. - Ice. (I love this one.) - Free Estimates. - Injured? Call now. - Cracked Screens Fixed Today. - Firewood $5. - Lawn Mowing. Call Jake. Four words or less. They all name the outcome. None of them explain how. Nobody explains how they buy the junk car. They just buy junk cars. There's a guy on Skool who helps kids with the SAT. His offer is "Get a 1550+ SAT score." Five words. I've looked at that page a bunch of times and I've never once read how he does it. If I wanted a 1550, I wouldn't care. It sounds ridiculous. But it truly needs to be that simple. When I sold elevators, I said "I sell elevators." When I was doing real estate with seller financing and all that, I said "I'm a landlord." Three words. A couple weeks ago I played golf with some strangers. What do you do? "I teach people how to make money on the internet." One guy asked if I was a consultant. Sort of, more like a coach. Then everybody hit their tee shots and nobody brought it up again. That's fine. If they wanted to make money on the internet, they would have asked. And if somebody does ask how, answer the question they asked. Only that one. As few words as possible. Then ask them a question back. Homework. Two questions. Put your answers in the comments and we'll all help each other. 1. What would you put on your road sign? Four words if you can.

If you're done watching courses... read this
I have a Skool community with nothing in the classroom. The people in that community make the most money. I've been online since 2020. Skool for 2.5 years. I've been in mastermind groups. I've had my own. I've built communities and have helped hundreds build their own. Here's what I know to be true. Consuming courses doesn't get you paid. Calls do. If you come to them and do the stuff. I've been on 30-minute calls with people I've paid thousands and got more out of that call than all the courses I've ever purchased. Dead serious. The same is true for my clients. They get on calls with me and they get clear. Their words. Not mine. They get on calls with their peers and get inspired to take action on the stuff they've been avoiding. After years of doing this and being on both sides it's clear to me. The members who come to calls win. There are exceptions to this. But the data says calls > courses and it's not even close. I'm listening to that data. And Mindset Skool is changing on September 1st. I'm not building more courses for people to consume. I'm creating an environment for members to win. Calls. Group calls and one-on-one calls. There will be tools in the classroom. But I'm not making another course. It's a waste of your time and you won't finish it. I have the data on that too. This won't be cheap. Right now Mindset Skool is $49/mo for standard and $99/mo for premium. Standard gets you one 20-minute call with me and one monthly group call. Premium members have access to a weekly group call with me and other Skool founders. 60 minutes. Again, people who come to calls with me and their peers move faster. They make more money. There's a reason "get around like-minded people" is a well known phrase. On September 1st I'm adding a second monthly call to the standard tier. The price is going to $99/mo or $990/yr. The premium tier is moving from $99/mo to $299/mo. You'll now have access to 6 group calls per month. You have a short window of opportunity to get in on this new format at the old prices.

πŸŽ₯ Where are my YouTubers?
If you have a YouTube channel AND you're actively posting videos.... this boring workshop is the one you don't want to miss. I have made more money working call out posts than any other method out there. And yes, that includes YouTube traffic. I once made $12k from one single post. 6 people purchased a $2k offer. You don't need to create content. You simply need to put 2 sentences in front of the audience you already have. On 9/3 at 9am CT I'll help you write those 2 sentences. I'll tell you where to post them. I'll tell you what to say after. Bring your current offer. Sign up here: https://www.skool.com/youtubetoskool/about Yes, the replay is included if you can't make it live. P.S. If it sounds too good to be true... many of you are in my world because you responded to one of my call out posts. They work.

Sadly not on YouTube yet, but I know this won't be that boring! I find it very interesting. How does this effect only YouTubers is a question I have.. Are you talking about doing call out posts on YT?

Steal my call-out post (comment POST and it's yours)
New video just went live on YouTube about call-out posts. A call-out post is the simplest way to get paid by the people already in your world. No funnel. No ad. No big audience. It's two sentences. "I'm looking for [number] people who want [result] in the next [timeframe]." "Comment [word] and I'll tell you more." That's it. That's the post. You've already seen me run one in here. It's the pinned post below this one. You can run these on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, your email list, your YouTube community tab. I have people running them in all of those. Nothing is off limits. I made you a document that breaks the whole thing down. The formula, examples for any niche, the line that tells people who it's not for, and exactly what to say when somebody raises their hand so you don't panic and drop a link. It's free. Comment POST below and I'll send it to you. Watch the video, then go write yours today. Brian Full breakdown on YouTube here: https://youtu.be/xLc95Lou4mg

πŸ’Έ The money is hiding in your comments
I had a video with a ton of views. I felt great about it. Then I read the comments. Not one person asked me for help. They just told me I was awesome. Awesome does not pay. So I opened a small video. One I wanted to delete. That one was full of people asking me what to do next. Same channel. Same guy. Same face. All my views on one video. All my buyers on another. Here is the deal. You are guessing what to sell. I was too. Your people already told you. They typed it out. It is sitting in your comments right now. The problem is it is spread over hundreds of videos. So you never see it. So I built a thing that reads all of it for you. You point Claude at your channel and your Skool community. It reads the comments. It counts who asks for help and who just claps. Then it gives you a report. It tells you what your people want to buy. In their own words. With their comments as proof. Twenty minutes. You just sit there. No code. No downloads. No tech guy. If you can add a Chrome extension, you are done. Now the part where I sell you something. I am not going to. I put the whole thing in a video. The steps. The prompt. All of it. https://youtu.be/kL3Lb8qHl-Q Most people will not run it. They will read this and go back to guessing. If you run it, you will learn more about your audience in twenty minutes than you did in two years. And you will remember who handed it to you. Go watch it. Run it today. Not Monday. Then come back to this post and tell me what it found. What is the one thing your people keep asking you for?
