I have rewritten my self-confidence formula towards the attainment of living my best self (in words that are more in alignment with my own language). I'm still gaining clarity of the several options I have started working on, so I'll share what I'm most excited to create soon! Right now, it's to be and live my best self, while believing in others supporting them to understand their own self powers. My area of expertise is physical wellness, so I feel I need to start there, but this can't happen without mindset!
