Hey everyone. My name is Milo Tieman. I am a 23 year old full time firefighter for Golden Valley Fire District in AZ. I’m excited to be in this group and progress together. My 30 day goals are to run atleast 3 miles everyday before my workout, and get the fastest turnout time I can in 30 days. (Aiming for 45 seconds)
